Having recently moved house, where I had a house battery and solar panels I wanted to replicate this in my new property. Jordan, advised me on a configuration of solar panels that would fit my roof and Tesla Powerwall and Gateway to support the generation. I also asked for an EV charger to be installed as there was no charger at the property. I asked that the charger supplied came with more than the standard 5 meter length to support both front charging in the garage and to reach an external parking space in the event of the car not being able to be put in the garage. The attention to detail and support was appreciated as I now have a good working solution on which I am now going to build on with more battery storage to support a future heatpump.

Jordan spent over an hour with us during our consultation (Originally we had booked for 30 minutes) and at no point did we feel like we were being sold to. Instead he educated us. He explained how solar actually works, how battery storage should be designed around our lifestyle rather than just our roof space and even highlighted things that some of the other companies had overlooked. By the end of the consultation, we understood more about solar than we had after speaking to the previous four companies combined. What really stood out was that, he spent the time listening to what we actually wanted. None of the previous companies had done that, instead they seemed to focus on telling us why their quote was the best. There were occasions where he actually recommended spending less money rather than more because he felt it would give us a better solution. That was the moment we realised he genuinely wanted us to have the right system, not simply to win our business. All four companies had quoted almost identical systems in what looked like a standard quotation layout with a google image showing the panels – 14 panels across two roof elevations with different battery options. Jordan created a full 3D design of our property and showed us that we could install 22 panels across three roof elevations, with optimisers to overcome some shading issues. The predicted payback reduced from around 7–9 years to approximately 5-6 years, which completely changed the value of the investment for us.
